Very interesting work. The artist is working with found materials which I do like to do myself.

Mari Skarp is dealing in her work with memories. How they are created, what triggers them. What is a memory? With the work above she is collecting discarded objects from abandoned farms and from around them. These are kind of artifacts that remind us what and how the farm life used to be. Even the smallest things could bring you back to the place in time that you associate the object with.
